Public Projects:

We support construction efforts of Sacramento County, providing inspection, basic materials testing and construction management for publicly bid construction contracts to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with plans, specifications and County standards including:

• Airport facilities and infrastructure  
• County-owned building projects 
• Parks projects
• Roads and bridges
• Sanitary sewers and wastewater treatment facilities
• Water supply, distribution and drainage facilities 
• Waste Management and Recycling

Private Projects: 

We also inspect public works infrastructure constructed by private developers as part of subdivision improvements,  commercial site development and projects constructed by private contractors that will be maintained by the County.
