East Area - Gold River

Welcome to the Gold River Website!

The Gold River Community, a close-knit, planned community, is located in eastern Sacramento County near the communities of Butterfield/Riviera East, Rosemont, Cordova, and the city of Rancho Cordova.

While small in size, as the community is only approximately 3 square miles with a population of around 8000 people, it is a vibrant community with a highly valued real estate market, as well as several active community associations and groups.
