Mobile Adoption Events - These events throughout the community give our animals additional exposure outside the shelter. The shelter also has two permanent off-site adoption programs, LAPCATS and Friends of Unwanted Rabbits (F.U.R.) which operates out of the Elk Grove PetSmart stores to enable the adoption of adult cats and rabbits that groups have rescued from our shelter.
