Animals are rating based on personality and temperament and given a color code for easy identification on their kennels.
Adopters then fill out a form to find out what "color" of an animal suits them best.

When you find the pet of your dreams, the new Meet Your Match will help you find out something about their personality and habits before you take them home. The Meet Your Match program wouldn’t let you go home without knowing who’s in that carrier or on that leash.
