Special Needs Adoption for Two Special Little Dogs

Shadow, a Chihuahua, and Baby, a Cairn Terrier, have been through exceptional circumstances and need an extraordinary person or family to adopt them together.  Because of their difficult past, the prospective adopter must be committed to their lifelong care and will be thoroughly screened, including a home check.
