The Plumbing and Mechanical staff members are a combination inspectors that enforce both Plumbing and Mechanical codes. We average more than twenty years of trade experience plus twelve years in field inspections. Our purpose is to safeguard life, limb, health, property and public welfare through compliance to the plumbing and mechanical codes. We inspect heating and air conditioning, energy compliance, water, sewer and gas systems as well as more complex industrial processing in commercial buildings. Plumbing and Mechanical Codes and Systems work together with requirements of the Building and Electrical Codes to set a standard of safety that our citizens can and should expect. The California Codes are updated every 3 years in an effort to improve public safety. We strive to be involved with industry related organizations to achieve understanding and education for all.
