The commercial field inspection staff inspect commercial and industrial projects as well as multi-family apartment buildings for compliance with the currently adopted California Building, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical codes along with our County adopted building code ordinance.  We are staffed by highly trained professional inspectors whose backgrounds span multiple commercial trades such as journey level plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry and other related trades.

Field inspection duties are divided into three inspection categories:

• Structural (Fire-Life-Safety and Accessibility requirements) 
• Plumbing/Mechanical
• Electrical
