Our online building permits are intended for projects associated with one and two family dwellings (this includes duplex homes). Permits related to apartments, condominiums and fourplex are also included. Permits for commercial building projects such as, but not limited to offices, retail, hotel and manufacturing are not issued online.

- Heating and Cooling (new install or replacement)
- Water main repair or replacement
- Sewer line repair or replacement
- Hardwired appliance replacement
- Electrical panel repair or replacement
- Electrical panel safety inspection (requested by utility company)
- Gas line repair /alter or replace
- Miscellaneous Electrical repair / alter or replace
- Miscellaneous Plumbing repair / alter or replace
Single Family - Duplex Re-roof
- Replacement of roofing material
Single Family - Duplex (Windows, Siding)
- Window replacement *
- Siding, Stucco
- *Retro-fit windows only. Projects that require the window header to be enlarged are not issued online
Multi Family - Apartments, Condominiums, Four-plex (Miscellaneous Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical)
