We provide plan review, building permits and field inspection services for all private development building projects within the unincorporated area of Sacramento County and issue more than 18,000 permits every year.
We will no longer be providing inspections on Fridays, beginning the week of November 16th.

Announcing ONLINE Building Permits!
Apply and pay for permits, receive fee estimates, schedule inspections and check permit status online. By registering for a user account and providing basic information, simple permits such as replacing water heaters or air condition/heaters can be processed via the internet.
