We issue building permits and provide plan review and field inspection services for all private development building projects within the unincorporated area of Sacramento County. Excluded are the cities of Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova and Sacramento.

Payments Made with Credit Cards Will Be Charged 2.5% Fee
This process will be effective March 22, and the fee applies to the total transaction cost.

Online Building Permits
Apply and pay for permits, receive fee estimates, schedule inspections and check permit status online.  E-Checks and most major credit cards are accepted.
