We assist property owners and developers with subdividing property, development projects, understanding slaws and codes, and review final subdivision maps and  parcel maps.  

We also review and approve engineered civil improvement plans, provide surveying and mapping support to County projects, and prepare and administer infrastructure financing plans.

We also prepare and collect development fees for infrastructure, road and transit, sewer and water connection and  drainage.
