The Antelope Public Facilities Financing Plan Development Impact Fee Program (Antelope Fee Program) funds the major roadway, park, drainage, and water supply facilities required for the development of the Antelope area. The boundary of the Antelope Fee Program is shown in Figure 1. All developments within the boundary are required to pay the major roadway, park, drainage, and water supply fees at the time of building permit issuance.
