The Mather Field Public Facilities Financing Plan and Public Facilities Nexus Study (Mather Fee Program) funds the roadway facilities required for the development of the Mather area. The boundary of the Mather Fee Program is shown in Figure 1. All developments within the boundary are required to pay the roadway fee at the time of building permit issuance.
