What We Do:
- Assist property owners and developers in subdividing their property and constructing improvements.
- Review and approve engineered civil improvement plans in conformance with County standards and good engineering practice.
- Repository of all record improvement plans.
- Assist with permits for grading, moving or building a mobile home and water connections.
- Development Impact Fee Calculations including infrastructure, SAFCA, fire, transportation, Measure A, sewer, drainage, and water development impact fees.
- Sale of County Project Plans & Specifications.
- Encroachment permits for construction in the public right-of-way.
- Building permit site plan reviews to ensure that proposed construction does not encroach into public recorded easements and right-of-way.
- Transportation permits for oversize loads.
- Assign address to new properties and verify address for existing properties.
- Public right-of-way and easement abandonments
- Applications for Street name changes.
