Our customer service representatives are ready to provide information about our programs and services and take service requests for issues including everything from loose dogs to zoning violations. If you're not sure who to call, we can help get you to the right person!
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30a.m. – 5:30p.m., excluding major holidays.
With information including your name, address, phone number, and address of the problem, we open a case, assign an issue number, and refer it to the correct department for follow-up.
Please retain your representative's name and issue number for follow-up. Complaintant names are kept confidential unless the issue goes to court.
