County Utilities and Information Call Center Changing Hours
Effective November 23, the Call Centers will be open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. For more information about services such as report nuisances and paying bills online, visit the Call Center website. Water Spouts Newsletter in Utility Bills
The Sacramento County Water Agency's bi-annual newsletter "Water Spouts" inadvertently went into utility bills for customers outside our service area. The newsletter contains information on seasonal outdoor watering, rebate programs and metering. The contents in the newsletter apply to only Water Agency customers, so please verify that you are our customer by checking your water bill. We apologize for any inconvenience. New Websites Launched
