NorthCAST is your North County Community Area Service Team. The team is comprised of the County of Sacramento, special districts and community agency employees who are committed to work with residents, business owners, and community and neighborhood leaders to accomplish the following:

• Identify your most important and urgent concerns.
• Work together in addressing how to improve the physical appearance, vitality and quality of life for residents of Northern Sacramento County.

NorthCAST members meet in North Highlands on a regular basis to listen to the concerns of the community in order to swiftly respond to and resolve issues. NorthCAST team members represent 16 different agencies and they are accessible by telephone or e-mail for any issue that the residents/community feels requires immediate attention.

We're here to help answer any questions you might have about County services available to the unincorporated Sacramento County communities of: North Highlands, Foothill Farms, Antelope, Rio Linda, Elverta, and North Natomas. NorthCAST works closely with the North Highlands Community Planning Advisory Council (CPAC), the VISIONS Task Force, and the Foothill Farms Community Task Force as outreach service programs.
