East Area Community Commission

Located within the Eastern area of unincorporated Sacramento County is the Fair Oaks Community Planning Commission. This planning commission, also referred to as a Community Commission, serves as the decision-making body over local land-use issues previously decided by the Planning Commission, Zoning Administrator and the Subdivision Review Committee.

| Building Inspection-Development Services Hours Changing |
Effective November 16, all Building Inspection front counters will be closed on Fridays. Simple building permits may be purchased online, and inspections will be conducted. Note: the Community Service Centers will be open for other business. |
