Welcome to the Rio Linda/ Elverta Community Council Website!

The Rio Linda and Elverta Community Planning Council (also referred to as Community Councils) serves as the decision-making body over local land-use issues previously decided by the Planning Commission, Zoning Administrator and the Subdivision Review Committee.

The five Council members are nominated by District 1 Supervisor Roger Dickinson, and the Council is appointed at-large by Sacramento County Board of Supervisors. The Council meeting schedule is as follows:

Time: 7 p.m.
Date: fourth Wednesday of each month
Place: Rio Linda Depot Visitors' Center, 6730 Front St., Rio Linda
