Mission - DNS Acts to:

• Establish the neighborhood association as the primary vehicle for information distribution and communication; building consensus, developing resident cohesiveness and unity; establishing self reliance and determination; and the basis for local governance.  DNS helps to organize, develop and empower neighborhoods, and serves as an advocate for their involvement in the decision making process;  

• Provide support to the local business community to improve their economic health and vitality, and

• Assist in developing business, civic and neighborhood links as the basis for on-going community improvement and sustainability.
