Traffic & Construction
Construction will be ongoing Monday - Friday from 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. This page will house traffic and construction updates regarding the Vineyard Surface Water Treatment Plant. For more traffic and/or construction information, call (916) 876-8463 (VINE).
There are currently no traffic updates.
- Poured 21,000 cubic yards; this is 38% of the estimated 55,000 cubic yards.
- Placed 50% of the rebar.
- Clearwell slab on grade construction, column construction nearing 50% complete. Wall pours at south end of structure underway.
- Storm water basin 1 and 2 are essentially complete and temporary treatment system is installed and ready for use.
- Flow distribution structure is nearly 50% complete. Anticipate connection to FRWA pipe stubs by February 2009.
- Plant drain pump station concrete is complete to finished grade.
- Flushing basin is complete.
- Sludge overflow lagoon is 95% complete.
- Floc/Sed basin slab on grade construction has begun with 16 sections
- The slab on grade forming at the filters has begun. All under slab piping is installed and encased.
- Duct bank construction is underway.
