We've Moved! The Water Agency has closed it's Elk Grove Office and staff has relocated to 3847 Branch Center Road, Trailer #5, Sacramento, CA 95827 (Off I-50 & Bradshaw Rd). Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to pay your utility bills via the drop-box previously located at the Elk Grove office. Here's a list of numerous ways to pay your utility bills.
Outdoor Watering Tips for Winter Months During the winter months, watering should not be necessary. However, if there is a long dry spell we recommend watering 1 day per week 4 – 6 minutes for spray heads, 8 – 12 minutes for rotors and 10 – 15 minutes for drip. Water Spouts Newsletter in Utility Bills The Sacramento County Water Agency’s bi-annual newsletter “Water Spouts” inadvertently went into utility bills for customers outside our service area. The newsletter contains information on seasonal outdoor watering, rebate programs, projects, and metering. The contents in the newsletter apply to only Water Agency customers, so please verify you are our customer by checking your water bill. We apologize for any inconvenience.
