Proposed Water Rate Increase and Availability of Water Conservation Discount The Water Agency has provided drinking water to its service area customers for more than 50 years. Unfortunately, the cost of planning, constructing, operating and maintaining water facilities to assure reliable water service continues to increase, and water rates have had to increase accordingly. Rebates Available for Water Efficient Appliances The Water Agency is offering rebates worth up to $175 for residential and $200 for commercial customers to replace their toilet for a high efficient model that uses only 1.28 gallons per flush.
