Infill Coordinator/Contact Us
The Coordinator works with property owners, developers, development/public works departments and the community to facilitate quality infill development.
The Coordinator:

Facilitates solutions to issues

Engages the right people early in the project and provides “pro-active” assistance upfront

Using a “MSA Team based approach,” directs a strategic focus to get catalyst sites “shovel ready”

Assists parties through infill project development from conception to certificate of occupancy to help navigate the development process
The Coordinator works for the Infill Council, comprised of:
- Municipal Services Agency Administrator and Deputy Administrator
- Directors of various Departments involved with development, including the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA)
