The Packet includes the Planning Application Form Cover Sheet, Legal Authority and Consent to File Form, Applicant Responsibility Form, Justification Statement Form, Rezone Request Form, Design Review Narrative Form and Variance Supplemental Form. Planning Department staff us currently working on getting the supplemental application documents online.
The Application Forms are "Writable" Word Documents. Please fill them out on your computer and save them as a Word document for inclusion on the required CD in addition to printing copies to sign.

Affordable Housing Ordinance/Plans Fact Sheet
