Optional pre-application meetings are available at a nominal charge to help you understand the process and what your project may require. Call 916-874-6141 to set up your meeting.
Pre-submittal Reviews:
These review meetings with the Planning Department are mandatory and will help you submit complete applications. Call 916-874-6141 to be assigned to a Lead Planner who will be your point of contact during the entire entitlement project.
Submitting Your Application:
Once your application is reviewed, you will submit your application and appropriate fees to the Planning Department.
Community Outreach
You will be asked to submit a neighborhood outreach plan for your project. Outreach is highly encouraged to gather input before plans are submitted and facilitate a smoother approval process. |
