Use the following links to access information from the Sacramento County Zoning Code. The Zoning Code is subjected to periodic review and revisions. Please call the Planning Department at 874-6221 to obtain information regarding any recent Code revisions, or to obtain the most recent copy of the Zoning Code.
Copies of the Zoning Code (Titles I-III only) are available for purchase from the Planning Division. To request a copy, you may visit our office at 827 7th Street, Room 225, mail your request to the same address with payment, or send us an email to sacplan@saccounty.net (Please make sure to include “Zoning Code Copy Request” in the subject line of your email). The price per hard copy is $31.25 (mailing charges separate) and the price per CD copy is $10.00. Please make checks payable to the County of Sacramento. Please be aware that copies will not be printed until payment is received.
**NOTE: If requesting hard copies, please allow 10 business days for delivery, unless you opt to pick up your copy from our office**
