Titles of the SWA Code

Title I of the SWA Code contains the franchise regulation for commercial waste hauling in the SWA Region.
Title II - Repealed
Title III of SWA Code contains the reporting requirements for solid waste facilities of the SWA Region.
Title IV of SWA Code repeals Title II and contains the recycling requirements for all multi-family dwellings and businesses located in the SWA Region.
Title V of SWA Code contains the enforcement provisions of SWA Code.
