The Sacramento County Bicycle Master plan is intended to guide and influence bikeway policies, programs, and standards to make bicycling in Sacramento County more safe, comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable for all bicyclists.  The ultimate goal is to increase the number of persons who bicycle to work, school, errands, and recreation in Sacramento County.

The Adopted Sacramento County Bicycle Master Plan, April 2011, is now available.  It is a very large file and may take a long time to open depending on the speed of your connection.  If you are having trouble opening the file, we suggest you right click and "Save target as.." to your desktop and then open the file.
