Sacramento County provides waste collection services for approximately 150,000 single-family, duplex and some multi-family homes in the unincorporated area north of Calvine Road. Households south of Calvine Road receive service from Central Valley Waste Services. For information regarding commercial and multi-family services, including a list of vendors, visit the Sacramento Regional Waste Authority's site.

Residents of single family and duplex homes receive the following services:
- Weekly Garbage Collection Service (choice of 30, 60 or 90 gallon container)

Green Waste Collection (every other week)
