The County has set up a recycling area at the North Area Recovery Station (NARS) where household and garden materials such as paint, pesticides, cleaners and other items are set aside for local residents to pick-up at no charge.

This is one of the many ways we recycle and reuse and keep these items out of the landfill to save valuable space.

When people bring these items to dispose at our facility we set them aside in a protected locker for people to pick-up and use at no charge.

Our hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. For more information, call 916-875-5555.
