• Collection Equipment Operator - Operate two or three-axle refuse collection or recycling vehicles at designated disposal facilities and work on a variety of projects, including the Neighborhood Cleanup Program and the Recycling Program.
• Landfill Equipment Operator - Work at landfill disposal sites and operate a wide variety of heavy mobile equipment including road graders, backhoes, direct compactors and excavators.
• Recycling Coordinator - Perform professional planning work related to solid waste management, source reduction, recycling, composting, transformation and household hazardous waste and collection, data collection and analysis, and coordination and partnership with public and private entitles.
• Senior Collection Equipment Operator - Operate the two of three-axle refuse collection or recycling vehicles at the landfill facilities. Part of the Collection Equipment Operator series.
• Senior Landfill Equipment Operator - Work at the County landfill disposal sites and operate a wide variety of heavy mobile equipment including road graders, backhoes, dirt compactors and excavators. Part of the Collection Equipment Operator series.
• Solid Waste Planner - Perform many of the same duties as the recycling coordinator, including professional planning and presentation skills.
• Transfer Equipment Operator - Operate two or three-axle truck tractor/trailer combination and other types of refuse transport vehicles at the County's refuse transfer stations.
• Waste Management Operations Manager - Oversees the residential refuse collection, neighborhood cleanup programs, curbside recycling programs, green waste collection and other programs.
• Waste Management Operations Superintendent - Organizes and directs the day-to-day operations of the collection, recycling, transfer and landfill activities.
• Waste Management Operations Supervisor - Oversee and implement programs such as the residential refuse collection, neighborhood cleanup programs, curbside recycling programs, green waste collection and other programs.
• Waste Management Program Manager - Oversee and supervise a variety of programs, as well helping to run business operations and overseeing external relations with the community and other agencies.
