Container Set-out:
Please place containers on the street side as shown so they do not block pedestrian sidewalk use. Keep the cans a minimum of six (6) feet away from cars, boats and other stationary objects to avoid risk of private property damage. Please note: Used motor oil should only be placed out during mixed recycling pick-up days.

Please remove your containers from the curbside after they are serviced on your collection day. To preserve the appearance of your neighborhood, please store your containers in side or backyards.

To request any type of repair or replacement for garbage, green waste or mixed recycling containers, contact Customer Service by email or at 916-875-5555. There is no extra charge for repairing or replacing damaged containers.
Special Service:
If your container is full before your regular collection day, you can call Customer Service and request an unscheduled service for an additional charge.
Other Information:
Materials must fall freely from the container when dumped, so please do not compact your materials in the container. Your containers may not be serviced if they are overfilled, are not accessible, or include inappropriate materials.
